Unbelievable dishes. We had the pasta with mussells, pasta with sardines, green beans, escarole and a stuffed artichoke. Couldn't finish it all and still got change from my fifty........Delicious...just delicious.

This place is amaaaazing!!!! Best meatballs I've ever tasted in my entire life. If you try anything from this place definitely try the meatballs. It will change your life.

First, I can't even believe that I've lived in Brooklyn my entire life and never knew this place existed. SHAME ON ME. Not only is it a Focacceria in Brooklyn, but it's a Sicilian Focacceria in Brooklyn, AND the owners are from Palermo? Fuggedaboudit.

- Gloria C.

Offering authentic flavors of Palermo, this is the true Sicilian food in Brooklyn. Have been going to Joe's my whole life and can say it has changed litlle except for some better renovation of the small toilets.

Here's why I hate this place. When I walk through the door.......I WANT TO EAT EVERYTHING!!!!! I used to live around the corner from Joe's but I moved out of state so I wouldn't end up weighing 300 pounds!!!!

This is my favorite place in New York. It is where I take my father whenever he is in town, where we re-discover the tastes of our land. This is Sicily. What you get here is food that you would eat in Palermo.

Really good, really authentic (at least it seems like it) food. Everything we had - from the lasagna, to the arancini, to the chicken parm, to the sausage and peppers - was excellent.

Seriously one of the best marinara sauce I have ever had in an Sicilian restaurant. They should be selling this stuff in super markets...screw Ragu and "fugettabout" Franceso Rinaldi. Joe's has been around for well over 30 years and has that true old school Italian feel to it.

I go here when I am in the mood for some awesome Sicilian cooking. My favorite things to eat are the Vastedda and rice balls. My wife can't get past what Vastedda is made from (don't ask - just try it!) so she has the Panelle sandwich instead. I love it all.

The sauce is amazing. The rice ball is amazing. They put pine nuts into their meat balls. The pasta is cooked perfectly. Lasagna? Omg. The fried potato thingies? Don't even get me started. The large carafe of their 'house' wine really is very large.
